Amarjothi Spinning Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors the Company will be held on January 30, 2017, inter alia, to consider and take on record the un-audited financial results of the Company for the Third Quarter October 01, 2016 to December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company it is hereby communicated that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities shall remain closed from January 21, 2017 till 48 hours after results are made public on January 30, 2017, for all Directors/Officers/Designated employees and their relatives of the Company.
