Appointment of the Company Secretary in Whole-time employment :<BR><BR>- In compliance with the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has approved the appointment of Mrs. A. MANJU SRI as Company Secretary in Whole-time employment with effect from July 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer<BR><BR>- In compliance with the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has approved the appointment of Mr. P. SINGARAVELU as Chief Financial Officer with effect from July 30, 2015.
