Ambuja Cements Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Accounts for the quarter ending September 30, 2014 (Q3).<br/><br/>Pursuant to the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed from October 01, 2014 till the next day of the declaration of the Quarterly Financial Results by the Board of Directors.<br/><br/>It means that the employees of the Company shall not trade in the equity shares of the Company during the above said period.
