Pursuant to the Regulations 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), this is to inform you that Board of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28.08.2017 which was commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded on 6.15 p.m. has approved and taken on records the followings:-<BR> 1. IND-AS complied Un-audited Financial Results for the first quarter and three months ended 30.06.2017 <BR> 2. Directors' Report.<BR> 3. Corporate Governance Report.<BR> 4. Secretarial Audit Report.<BR> <BR> This is also to inform you that 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Thursday , 28th September, 2017, at Radiance Motel, Tania Farm Complex, Chattarpur Mandir Road, Satbari Village, New Delhi-110074. The Company shall keep closed its share transfer book from 22nd September, 2017 to 28th September, 2017 (Both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting, as recommended by Board of the Company. <BR>
