| Amraworld Agrico Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May, 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>- Closure of the Trading Window:<BR><BR>As per "Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading" in Shares of the Company ("Code"), the trading window will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days Inclusive) in connection with the announcement of the audited financial results of the Company for quarter and year ending March 31, 2016 for Directors and other employees of the Company covered under the Code. The trading window will reopen on May 31, 2016. | |
