Amtek Auto Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 16, 2014, inter alia, to discuss the followings:<br/><br/>1. To consider, subject to the approval of the shareholder of the Company in general meeting and any other necessary approval required therefore, Issue of equity or equity linked securities through various means for raising of funds;<br/><br/>2. To increase the Authorized Share Capital of the Company and consequential alternations of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company in general meeting.
