Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 and shall reopen on June 02, 2015.
