| Amulya Leasing and Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, the Trading Window shall remain dosed from November 03, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on November 14, 2014. The specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Companys equity shares during the aforesaid period.<br/><br/>Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Officers / Designated employees cannot trade (purchase / sell) in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period. | |
