Amulya Leasing & Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 23, 2015, inter alia, has discussed and approved the appointment of the intermediaries for taking further steps in the merger activities and the various options for raising the fund to meet out the business expansion was considered and it was decided to take private equity fund and the company will explore all the possibility and then finalize the terms and conditions with the prospective investors.
