ANDHRA BANK - Updates on AGM and e-voting (Withdraw Record Date)

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 28, 2014 intimating about the date of Annual General Meeting of the Bank and Record Date for the AGM and e-voting process, Andhra Bank has now informed BSE that, as regards the Record Date, the Bank hereby withdraw the said Record Date.<br/><br/>Further, the Bank has informed that the date of the AGM remains the same, i.e. July 18, 2014, at 2.30 p.m. at Sri Sathya Sai Nigamagamam, 8-3-987/2, Sri Nagar Colony, Hyderabad - 500 073.
