Andhra Bank has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 02, 2015 to July 07, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 08, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the dividend pay out for the Financial Year 2014-15 is on July 17, 2015.
