ANDHRA BANK - Closure of Trading Window

Andhra Bank has informed BSE that in terms of Regulation 12(1) of Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 1992 issued by SEBI, the Bank has informed on April 20, 2015 to all its Designated Officers about closure of the Trading Window of the Bank from April 23, 2015 till April 28, 2015 and the same will be opened on April 29, 2015. The Company have also advised all Designated Officers of the Bank to refrain from trading in equity shares of the Bank during the aforementioned period.
