Andhra Bank has submitted to BSE a copy of the Addendum to notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on March 12, 2015 for the purpose of electing 3 Directors from amongst the shareholders of the Bank other than Central Government. The Bank vide letter dated 16.02.2015, informed about the infusion of capital of Rs. 120 Crores by Government of India on the basis of preferential allotment and other related details.
