| ANG Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the following matters<BR><BR>- To take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with Insider Trading Code of the company for Prohibition of Insider Trading, pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for dealing /trading in the shares of the Company is closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 from the open of trading hours of May 18, 2016 and shall remain closed till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 i.e. the close of trading hours of May 31, 2016 (both days inclusive). | |
