| This is to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi vide order dated 31st August, 2017 has admitted the reference for initiation of Corporate Insolvency resolution process under Section 10 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).<BR> By the said Order dated 31st August, 2017 NCLT, New Delhi, has appointed Mr. Ilam Chand Khambhoj as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) for carrying out Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the provisions of IBC.<BR> The Company is now under insolvency resolution process under the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016.<BR> The above may kindly be treated as disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015<BR> | |
