Ansal Housing & Construction Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Policy on Materiality of Events of the Company that Mr. Kaushal Kumar Singhal, has been designated as Chief Executive Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Deepak Ansal by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 10, 2016. Henceforth, Mr. Deepak Ansal shall be designated as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company only.
