| Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 07, 2017, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter / nine month's period ended on the December 31, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17. This is being subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window in respect of aforesaid meeting, shall remain closed for a period of 7 days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 48 hours thereafter i.e. from the January 31, 2017 to February 09, 2017 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
