| Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 09, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 2nd quarter/half year ended on the September 30, 2015 of Financial Year 2015-16. This is being subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading window in respect of aforesaid Un-audited Financial Results, shall remain closed for a period of 7 trading days prior to this scheduled Board Meeting and 48 hours thereafter i.e. from the October 29, 2015 to November 11, 2015 in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
