Apar Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has purchased the balance 169,181 Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Apar ChemateK Lubricants Limited (ACLL) a Subsidiary Company representing 2.50% and the said Equity Shares are transferred in the name of the Company on July 22, 2014 and said ACLL has become now Wholly-owned Subsidiary (100% Subsidiary) of the Company.
