| APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following matters:<BR><BR>- approval and taking on record the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, prevent insider trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from July 21, 2015 for all the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company. The trading Window shall so remain closed until forty eight hours after the date of declaration / publication of the aforesaid audited financial results and shall re-open from the start of the business hours on July 31, 2015.<BR><BR>All the Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter Into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. | |
