APL Apollo Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 31, 2014 to November 13, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 by the Board of Directors in the meeting to be convened on November 12, 2014. The specified persons are prohibited from trading in the Companys equity shares during the aforesaid period.<br/><br/>Thus Directors, Statutory Auditors and all the Officers / Designated employees cannot trade (purchase/sell) in the Companys shares during the aforesaid period.
