We would definitely share details with the Stock Exchanges before initiating any external communication on the matter, if it reaches a definitive stage . <BR> <BR>Further, we also wish to submit that the matter concerned is not material in the context of the company's size of operations or turnover.<BR> <BR>We hope that the clarification adequately addresses the queries raised by the Stock Exchange"
