Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 5.75 per share (115% of the face value of the share) for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, on the paid up equity capital of the Company. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before September 08, 2014.
