The Exchange had sought clarification from Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd with respect to news appearing in The Financial Express on December 16, 2014 titled "Apollo Hospitals to invest Rs. 150 cr in K'taka by 2016."<BR><BR>Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd replied stating "The sum of Rs 150 crores indicated in the news report would include the capital outlay involving in establishing the hospital apart from recurring capital expenditure in the existing facilities of the Company established in Karnataka which is a part of the existing approved expansion plans of the Company.<BR><BR>The Company is not aware of any information that has not been announced to the Exchanges under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement."
