Apple Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Companys 29th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL") to provide facility of voting by electronic means i.e. "remote e-Voting" to the eligible Members for all business to be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>The remote e-Voting period will begin on September 21, 2015 (10.00 a.m.) and end on September 23, 2015 (5.00 p.m.) During this period, Members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the Cut Off Date i.e. September 17, 2015 may cast their votes electronically.<BR><BR>The remote e-Voting module shall be disabled by CDSL for voting after 5.00 p.m. on September 23, 2015.
