| Aqua Pumps Infra Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>1. To consider and adopt the Un-audited Financial Accounts for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. To fix date, time and Venue for the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To consider and approve the draft Notice for the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>4. To fix the Book Closure date for the purpose of forth coming Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>5. To consider and approve the draft Director's Report, Management Discussion and Analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the year ended March 31,2015.<BR><BR>Further in view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's scrip by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 10, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
