Archies Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Vikas Kumar Tak, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from May 20, 2015 and subsequently the Company has appointed Mr. Pankaj Kamra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from May 20, 2015. The same has been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 20, 2015 under section 179 read with section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
