Arcotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>1. Appointed Ms. Sonia Dube as an Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Re-designated Shri Maninder Kohli as Non Executive Non Independent Director of the Company.<br/><br/>3. Proposed to set up a green field project in the state of Gujarat, India to manufacture Aluminium Semis.
