| Aries Agro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to transact the following items:<BR><BR>1. Approval of Un-Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Recommendation of re-appointment of Dr. Jimmy Mirchandani as Chairman & Managing Director and Dr. Rahul Mirchandani as Executive Director w.e.f. October 01, 2015 for a period of 3 (three) years at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>3. Calling the Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Closure of the Register of Members and Transfer Books,<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for Trading in the Company's Shares by all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and all Employees shall remain closed from July 30, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2015. The Trading Window will remain open from August 14, 2015. | |
