Approval of Un-Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2017.<BR> Further please be informed that the Trading Window for Trading in the Company's Equity Shares by all the Directors, Officers, Designated Employees and all Employees shall remain closed from 3rd November, 2017 to 16th November, 2017 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended on 30th September, 2017.
