With reference to the earlier letter dated January 30, 2016 regarding Outcome of the Board Meeting held on January 30, 2016, Arihant Superstructures Ltd has now informed BSE that Ms. Puja Agarwal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned with effect from January 30, 2016 and the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Naval Kishore Singh as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from February 01, 2016.
