| Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Arihant Superstructures Limited (the Company') will be held on Saturday, 27th May, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at the registered office of the Company to inter alia take on record and approve the Audited Accounts and Financial Statement (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2017 along with the Statutory Auditors Report thereon and recommendation of Final Dividend, if any; for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2017 and other related matters thereon. The Exchange is further requested to note that the Trading Window for the purpose of the said Board Meeting will remain closed from Saturday, 20th May, 2017 to Monday 29th May, 2017.
