Arman Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ Rs. 1.40 (one rupee and forty paisa only) per equity share of face value Rs. 10/- each for the year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>The dividend is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
