Arnav Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled on May 28, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company alongwith review of Auditors Report for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company by all designated employees would remain closed from May 18, 2016 till 48 hours after the conclusion of the above Board Meeting i.e. May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive).
