The Board of Directors at its meeting noted perused and approved the following matters:&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 1.Resignation by Mr. Dhiren Negandhi, Managing Director and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f 31st March, 2018.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 2.Resignation by Mr. Jayesh Shah, Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f 31st March, 2018.&lt;BR&gt; &lt;BR&gt; 3.Appointment of Mr. Mukesh Soni, as a Managing Director, subject to approval of members in the ensuing general meeting of the Company.
