Aro Granite Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 19, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 10% (Re. 1/- per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- each) for the year <br/>2013-2014 for the Equity Shareholders of the Company subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
