This is to inform to your good-self that Board of Directors of the company have vide resolution by circulation dated 12th October, 2017 has noted and approved that the office of 'Director', of Mrs. Rima Dhawan as Independent Director of the company is vacated w.e.f. 27th September, 2017 under section 167 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013, consequent upon the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has made public the names of directors in the month of September, 2017 whom it disqualified for associating with companies that have not filed their financial statements or annual returns for continuous three financial years and Registrars of Companies of Odisha at Cuttack (RoCs) has released the names of directors in companies that been struck off the RoC list as well, on MCA website.<BR> <BR> Company would soon take apropriate steps to fill the above vacancy. <BR>
