Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 27, 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. While considering the above, Board discussed on the status of strike by workers, the conciliation efforts, and the decision pending at Court. It was informed that due to strike and resultant improper humidity & environment conditions, damage has been caused to the goods in process and thereby there is loss in the current quarter.<BR><BR>2. Board discussed on the debt restructuring proposal which has been taken up in view of the liquidity problem. It was felt that restructuring will be beneficial to the Company, and discussed about the progress in this regard.
