Arvind Remedies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 10, 2015, has taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. It was noted that the audited financial results for the quarters March 2015 and June 2015 were not ready for consideration of the Board in view of the cyclonic heavy rains in and around Chennai and the flood situation last week. It was therefore decided that the meeting be adjourned and next meeting be fixed once the results are ready, and the stock exchanges be intimated accordingly.<BR><BR>2. It was decided to seek extension of further one month to hold the 27th Annual General Meeting of the company in view of the delay in accounts and that necessary application be submitted to the office of Registrar of Companies for approval.
