Ashiana Housing Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the upcoming Board Meeting of the Company on November 11, 2014, to consider and approve unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014, the Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for the period starting from October 27, 2014 to November 12, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, as per the provisions of Code of Conduct adopted by the Company. "Designated Employees" of the Company shall not buy / sell securities of the Company during closure of the "Trading Window.
