We wish to communicate that due to resignation of Company Secretary on December 28, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company are in search of right candidate for the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Meanwhile Mr. Prabhat Poddar, Director of the Company shall be designated as a Compliance Officer under SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and he shall also be responsible to handle investor grievances/complaints of the Company until the position of Company Secretary of the Company gets filled. The meeting commenced at 6:00 P.M. and concluded at 06:25 P.M.
