Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to Notifications by the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) dated January 15, 2015 and May 11, 2015 respectively, the Company at its Board Meeting held on May 12, 2015 had approved the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, which will be effective from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>The Company has communicated the aforesaid Code to eligible employees for compliance from May 15, 2015.<BR><BR>As required under Regulations 8 and 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, they have been uploaded in the website of the Company.
