Asian Granito India Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 25, 2017, inter alia, regarding the following matters:<BR><BR>- To consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Companys code of conduct for prevention of insider trading, the trading window of the Company will be closed w.e.f January 18, 2017 till 48 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016 to the public.
