Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for quarter(Q4) and financial year ended March 31, 2016 to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity share of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from May 14, 2016 till May 26, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Board Meeting pursuant to the Companys Code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2016.
