Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs. 2.00 (20%) per fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.<BR><BR>The dividend on equity shares if declared by the members at the 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be credited / dispatched to the members on or before 30 days from the date of AGM.
