| Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Also pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from October 29, 2015 to November 07, 2015 for the designated employees of the Company and their relatives as defined under the Code. | |
