Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 17, 2014, have recommended payment of interim dividend of Rs. 1.80 (Rupee one and paise eighty only) per Equity Share of the face value of Re. 1 (Rupee one) each for the financial year ending March 31, 2015.<br/><br/>The interim dividend will be paid/warrants will be despatched to the members on or after September 26, 2014.
