ASM Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 30, 2014, authorized the Chairman and Managing Director, severally and jointly to negotiate and discuss terms and conditions, value and take such other steps to consummate the proposal on terms as discussed at the Board Meeting.<br/><br/>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, the Company had vide letter dated as above intimated closure of trading window of the Company from August 25, 2014 to September 01, 2014 (both days inclusive).
