Assam Company India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has approved the following Agenda :<BR><BR>- No Dividend will be declared on Equity Shares in the forth coming Annual General Meeting of the Company, in respect of the 15 (fifteen) months ended March 31, 2016.
