Assam Company India Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company would be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results together with the Limited Review Report for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per provisions of Insider Trading Code of the Company, trading window will remain closed between May 13, 2015 to May 16, 2015 (both days inclusive).
